By using this Site, registering as a member of surveylabs, participating in any surveys or studies offered, you agree to these Terms of Use and Membership (the "Terms") and acknowledge that you have read and understand our privacy policy (the "Privacy Statement").
Our privacy policy sets out how surveylabs collects, uses and stores your personal information, and if you do not agree to the terms and privacy policy, please do not use this site.
surveylabs reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove parts of these Terms and/or our Privacy Policy at any time, in our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to periodically check these terms and our privacy policy for changes. The last updated date of these Terms shall be the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Site after Posting such changes signifies your acceptance and consent to such changes. If you comply with these terms, surveylabs will grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to access and use the Site.
Qualified
Membership in any surveylabs team is free of charge and is only available to individuals (not corporations or other business entities) who are sixteen (16) years of age or older or other age as required by your geographical location. Membership in certain groups may be further restricted depending on your age or geographical location.
Registration and Password
Although you do not need to register for membership with any surveylabs group to access the Site, you must fill out the online registration form provided in order to set up an account in your name and have any points correctly credited to your account. To open a membership account, you must provide surveylabs with complete and valid contact information, including your full legal name, home address, a valid email address and all other required information. Your account must have a unique and valid email address and password.
You agree to provide only accurate, current and complete registration information, and to update that information to maintain its accuracy. surveylabs may terminate or suspend your membership, and your points may be forfeited if you fail to provide or keep your personal information accurate and complete.
You can only use one password to open and access your account, and you may not use another account holder's password or allow others to use your password for any reason. You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password and any activity that occurs under your member account, whether authorized or not. surveylabs is not responsible for any damage caused by third parties using your password, unless unauthorized use is directly attributable to gross negligence or fraud by surveylabs. You agree to immediately notify surveylabs of any unauthorized use or violation of your Member's account.
If you forget your password, you can use your registered email address to request an email to reset your password so that you can reuse your account, and an email will be sent to the email address we hold in your membership account.
By joining the surveylabs team, you agree to receive an invitation to participate in the survey via email. surveylabs does not guarantee that you will receive a certain number of invitations or any invitations. Your participation in any investigation and disclosure of any personally identifiable information is entirely voluntary, so whether you accept or decline any invitation to participate in an investigation is entirely up to you, and we will not penalize you for refusing to accept any such invitation.
Relationship between
You are responsible for providing any computer equipment and communications services required to connect to and access the Site. You agree that your membership in the surveylabs team and any investigations that you complete for surveylabs and its customers do not constitute any agency, partnership, or employment relationship, and that you do so solely as an independent contractor. You also agree that the points or other rewards you receive for completing the survey are the only compensation you will receive upon completion of the survey.
surveylabs integral
surveylabs values the input of our members, and to show our appreciation, surveylabs offers rewards in the form of "points" or "gift cards," which are credited to your account maintained by surveylabs. Credits can be redeemed for specified cash and gift cards can be used at specified merchants.
Your ability to earn points and gift cards has nothing to do with time, and we will only reward you with points or gift cards in return for your participation in surveylabs' authorized activities, including, but not limited to, registering as a team member, completing demographics, and completing qualitative or quantitative marketing research conducted by surveylabs. And only on the basis of specific incentive offers disclosed for each activity.
surveylabs is committed to providing high quality data to our customers. To ensure this level of quality, please note that you may not qualify for all surveys, in which case the survey will be closed and you will not be awarded points. The reasons why you may not be eligible include, but are not limited to:
- Your profile does not match our client's target audience
- Differences in logical response suites
- An untrue answer or a false answer
- Improper or abusive responses
- Answering questions too quickly without properly considering your answers
- Lack of concentration leads to failure of quality check
You can earn points in the following ways:
Completion of surveys: You earn points for each survey you are eligible to take and complete. The scores obtained varied from survey to survey.
To redeem
You can always use your points by going to the "Rewards" TAB on the home page. Credits awarded are not time-based, but are awarded only upon completion of surveys, completion of personal data and participation in other activities on the Site. Points are automatically converted to cash value every time you request payment or a voucher.
The gift card
If you apply for a gift card, surveylabs will provide you with the gift card code via email within 3 weeks of your application.
Please make sure we have your correct email address to avoid delivery delays.
Any request to resend a lost voucher must be made within 3 months of the initial dispatch of the voucher. At the end of that three-month period, surveylabs will no longer process any orders.
Misconduct, fraud, and correction of account errors
surveylabs reserves the right to monitor all Member activity within surveylabs Points. If you violate our Code of Conduct as described above, or if there are signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity on your account, your membership account may be terminated and you may lose all points accumulated. If you engage in any fraudulent activity, surveylabs reserves the right to take any necessary legal action, subject to applicable local law, and may have grounds to forfeit any rewards redeemed for such activity. In addition, to the extent permitted by law, you may be liable for surveylabs monetary losses, including legal costs and damages, and you will not be allowed to participate in surveylabs credits in the future.
Disclaimer
By using surveylabs integral plan, you acknowledge and agree to surveylabs is not a bank or any other types or forms of financial institutions, and credited to your account of the "integration" is not the actual cash deposits, and don't earn interest, according to these terms of use, and only account if you redeem, then you shall be entitled to integral number of entries. You further agree that you can redeem the amounts in your account only in accordance with the manner and procedures described in these Terms of Use, which may be amended by us from time to time.
Any partners or customers associated with surveylabs will not be liable for lost, late, or misleading entries or for any damage or loss resulting from a) technical error related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; B) a printing error; C) Any personal injury or property damage caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, in excess of the prize amount, taxes and additional shipping, handling and delivery costs (if any), shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. D)surveylabs is not responsible for the actions of any third party, such as the issuer of any gift cards, vouchers, or other rewards that are redeemable for points.
By accepting the prize, the winner waives his right to claim as the cost of winning the prize, any and all costs of exchanging or traveling to redeem the prize, and any and all liabilities that may arise as a result of exchanging or seeking the prize. The winner also assumes full responsibility for any miscellaneous expenses associated with the acceptance of this prize. Unless prohibited, the acceptance of the prize implies the recipient's consent to the use of his or her name, portrait and biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. If the winner does not want to authorize the use of his or her name for advertising and promotional purposes, he or she must notify surveylabs at the time of the notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, You agree surveylabs or agents or any of our subsidiaries are not you and/or anyone else for any special, incidental, punitive, consequential or similar damages or similar damages, profits, privacy, data security, loss or damage to failure to perform any obligation (including but not limited to, any well-intentioned obligation, or hard work Negligence), or any other similar damages or damages relating to any breach or other aspect of this Agreement or the Site, even if surveylabs has been advised of the possibility of such damages, even in the case of malfunction, infringement (including negligence) or strict or error.
In any case, surveylabs, its parent company or affiliates, successors and assigns, the responsibility of the supplier or agent shall not exceed the value of the actual retail current applicable reward, or if the use of the relationship between property dispute with you, you do not use, outstanding, has not cancelled the integral convertible reward retail fair market value.

You agree that you will not use any third party material in a way that infringes or violates the rights of any other party, and surveylabs will not be liable for any such use by you.
Perform
surveylabs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the membership account of any individual it finds to be: a) tampering with or attempting to tamper with any surveylabs website; B) Any violation of the terms of service, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any surveylabs property or service.
Terminate your account
If your membership or your access to the Site is terminated or suspended for any reason, you may not access the Site without our prior written consent.
